The CDP compoundsEvery summer stands on the last. The white base grows, and the bar for new guests is raised on top of it.

01The starting point
Camps are a seasonal business, and the trap is built in: every summer it's tempting to start over on cold traffic, as if last year's guests had never been there. Din Camp is among the leading camp organisers in the country — summer, sports, learning and maker camps for children and teens — and the potential lay not only in finding new guests, but in holding on to the ones who'd already been.
02New guests
Google and Meta are the engine for inflow. Search captures the ready-to-buy parents, paid social builds demand broadly — and the bar for how many new guests a season should deliver gets raised year over year. Not the same budget run again; a higher target every summer.
03The CDP
Klaviyo's CDP unifies profiles and behaviour across seasons, so a family who came last summer is recognised instead of being bought back as cold traffic. Segmentation makes the communication land right — new vs. previous, which camp, which age group — and gamification, repeat purchase and returners are put into a system. The result: summer never starts from zero.
04The partner
Alongside the channels, we're the founder's sparring partner on what doesn't fit into a campaign plan — from technical setup to the decisions where the direction needs validating by someone who knows the business.
05The effect
Every summer stands on the last. The base of returners grows, and the bar for new guests is raised on top of it instead of resetting each year.
