The same account and the same owner in every market — depth in each one rather than breadth at the cost of mastery.

01The brief

Colorful Standard is a global brand — organic basics in 50+ colours, their own factory in Portugal, sold worldwide. When it came time to scale Google Ads, they weren't looking for an agency that could do a bit of everything. They were looking for one thing: a specialist who could take the wheel on their most important paid channel and run it as if it were their own business.

02One craft, mastered

Google Ads and nothing else. Account structure, bidding strategy, feeds and search intent — with Producthero and DataFeedWatch on the Shopping side and Profitmetrics feeding profit per order into the bidding. That kind of work needs the channel to be your only job, not one-fifth of a package.

03Scale across markets

What works in one market has to hold up in the next. We ran the account across their markets with the same structure and management in every country, so a global brand got local precision without losing the thread.

04Their interests first

Feeds and bidding rules are easy to open up in the short term and expensive to fix afterwards. Our job was to make the decisions on the account that an external vendor usually leaves to the client.

05What it means

Colorful Standard chose to place its most important paid channel with a single external specialist rather than spread it across an agency.
