From the shoot

01The idea

The practical knowledge of building a business is scattered, costs consultant hours, or simply isn't accessible. Jonas Herlev and Morten Larsen wanted it in one place — and they had the experience to put there: Morten was a director at Just Eat under Jesper Buch, then founded Hungry and sold it in 2021 for a nine-figure sum, and today sits on Shark Tank in Buch's old chair. What they lacked was someone to build the platform with.

02The concept

We came in before the product existed. Course structure, pricing, user journey and technical setup were shaped together — and when the product is knowledge, the structure decides everything. The order, format and depth of each module were designed before the camera even turned on.

03The production

Over four months we produced 50+ long-form video modules — filming, editing and publishing. Not inspirational clips, but practical walkthroughs of what founders actually face: from company structure and finances to sales and scaling.

04The launch

The go-to-market strategy paired advertising and partnerships so the platform reached its audience from day one — built to scale alongside the course catalogue rather than launch with one big bang and vanish.

05The platform today

Topix has since evolved into The Boardroom — digital board seats where business owners get ongoing sparring, 1:1 sessions and access to the full video library, with niche exclusivity as the guiding principle. The content foundation from those four months of production is still a core of the product. That what we built together could carry an evolution of the business model is the part of this case we're most proud of.
