A new webshop, a control room
and marketing that fits together.
Nordic Horse makes feed and supplements for horses in Vorbasse, Denmark, and sells through its own webshop and a dealer network. We took the new webshop from Figma to live, built a control room on top of Shopify for stock, purchasing and B2B, and set up Klaviyo, Meta and Google to run on the same product data.
Website
Shopify from Figma to live in six weeks, with a needs guide, new product pages and a dealer map of our own.
Control room
A custom portal on top of Shopify: stock, raw materials, purchasing, reports and B2B in one place.
Klaviyo
Seven flows with 19 emails instead of three, plus campaigns twice a week.
Meta
The account rebuilt around catalogue ads and seven test tracks with 26 approved ads.
Shopping campaigns on the Shopify product feed, managed under our account.
A webshop that starts with the horse.
Not with the product.
The home page asks what the horse needs and takes it from there. The new webshop went live on 20 October 2026. Scroll through the real pages yourself.

A needs guide on the home page, product pages with tabs and analysis tables, and a cart that shows how far you are from free shipping.
A dealer map with 122 dealers that we built instead of using an app, and a data sheet on every product page.
Stock, raw materials and B2B.
In one place.
The control room pulls orders and products from Shopify, both webshop and B2B, and gives the team one view of stock, raw materials in big bags, purchasing and stock value. They build their own reports in it.

From three flows
to seven that work together.
There used to be three flows and nothing for people who left their cart. Now seven flows with 19 emails run, from welcome and abandoned cart to reorder and back in stock. The campaigns draw on Nordic Horse's own feeding expertise and are signed by their feed consultants.

From boosted posts
to an account that tests.
We rebuilt the account around catalogue ads in Nordic Horse's own frame and seven test tracks. Nordic Horse approved every ad before it went live: product shots from the stable, and everyday formats that look like something on your own phone.

Shopping across the range
Google Ads runs Shopping on the Shopify product feed, so the range shows up when someone searches for a specific supplement. The account sits under ours and is managed alongside everything else.
It's one system rather than five deliverables. The webshop, the control room and the channels all run on the same product data in Shopify, so a change in one place carries through everywhere.
