People search for what
they want to change.
For Warberg Klinikken we built the keyword plan around what people actually type into the search bar. Each treatment got its own search ads, aimed at the area the clinic wanted to reach. We ran the clinic's Meta Ads too.

Google Ads
A keyword plan and search ads for each treatment.
Meta Ads
We ran the clinic's ads on Meta too.
Geography
Ads shown in the area the clinic wanted to reach.
Ads that look like something on your own phone.
Since October the clinic's ads have run in formats people know from their own phones: notes, messages, searches and the calendar. Images only, because the rules for marketing health services don't allow video on social media. Every ad leads to booking a consultation on the website.

People don't search
in medical terms.
A clinic is organised by treatment. The person searching often starts with a wish or a problem. The keyword plan had to connect the two.
We started with people's own words.
The keyword plan starts with what the person wants to change or learn more about.
Change the search,
and the ad follows.
One ad for every treatment quickly gets too broad. So we wrote search ads for each treatment that talk about exactly what the person is looking for.

The right search only counts
in the right area.
A matching keyword isn't enough. A clinic is in one place, and patients have to be able to get there.
So we tied the keyword plan and the ads to the area the clinic wanted to reach. That way, the people who see the ad are nearby and have a relevant need.
The keyword plan became
the basis for the ads.
We ran Google Ads and Meta Ads for the clinic. In search, the work rested on a detailed keyword plan, ads for each treatment and the area the clinic wanted to reach.
