The decision basis

A new customer has to make business sense.

We combine platform data with your business economics. Your margins, customer value and capacity determine how aggressively it makes sense to grow.

The collaboration

A clear plan. Work that moves.

  1. 01

    Understand the starting point

We review the accounts, business economics and customer data before choosing a direction.

  2. 02

    Build the next tests

We agree on hypotheses, priorities and the evidence needed to make a decision.

  3. 03

    Scale what holds up

Budget, creative and account structure evolve together as the evidence improves.

Know what you are agreeing to.

Scope, responsibilities and measurement are agreed around your business.

What does an engagement cost?

Scope determines the fee: channels, markets, content production, data quality and development needs. We agree the work and provide a proposal with responsibilities and deliverables. Media spend and any platform licences are separate from our work.

Can you take over from our current agency?

Yes. We start with access, ownership, history and measurement. We then agree a handover so active campaigns and flows can continue while we assess changes. Your accounts and data should remain under your control.

When does external support make sense?

When a specific task needs more time, specialist knowledge or capacity than you have available. We can support an internal team or own an agreed part of your marketing. Ecommerce, B2B and service businesses need different goals and journeys.

What happens in the first month?

We first review goals, access and data, then agree priorities, responsibilities and measurement. Initial changes begin when the foundation is ready. Timing depends on access, integrations and the scope of work.

What will we get from the first conversation?

In 30 minutes, we clarify your situation, the main challenge and a relevant next step. That could be a focused review or a proposal. A full account analysis requires access and is agreed separately.

How do we assess the results?

We agree measures before starting. These may include contribution, new customers, qualified enquiries or repeat business. We evaluate platform reporting alongside your own business data and distinguish observed change from demonstrated causality.
